Promising programming languages of 2021

If there is any field that is always at the forefront, it is the technological field, precisely in programming, the constant changes make a programming language re-emerge as the most used, displacing others that held that position.

The global pandemic has significantly increased the use of technological tools and online services, companies have learned to digitize their processes on the fly, and to achieve this digital transformation, they have needed to be guided by technology companies, who have become even more valuable to the planet.

Applications have grown to offer improved service, increased users, and most of all, applicability for telecommuting. Who is responsible for keeping these changes running smoothly? Developers of all kinds.

For years, there have been a series of indicators and indexes that measure the relevance of the most used, discarded, most loved, most demanded or best paid languages. These values are obtained through surveys (StackOverflow), search engines (TIOBE) or by the number of tutorials that can be found on Google about each programming language (PyPL).

The first three places are occupied by Python, Java and C, languages that dominate the scene, although the most popular is Python, considered the BASIC of these times, because programming is very simple and the first results are immediately noticeable.

Because its application is widespread in all fields, it stands out in scientific computing and artificial intelligence, and anyone can access it, thanks to tutorials and applications that guide the programmer through each step.

Although Python is not the favorite choice for developing mobile applications, it has gained ground in this area, but its momentum has really been thanks to its applicability in conjunction with artificial intelligence.

Java and C are still very notable, although more complex for new programmers, what is true is that we are currently living in an era where there is access to infinite resources, even for free, so it should not be an impediment when learning any programming language.

The choice of language depends on each person and many factors, what can be assured, is that those named in this article, are valued in various platforms and could be profitable for beginners in this area, if they devote time and effort to learn them.
